Outdoor 2024 Season

Hey Meridian, it's time to Register for Outdoor!

Whether it's your first season or far from it, we're happy to have you.

Meridian Soccer offers mini and youth programming from ages 2 - 16.

Travel Teams are designed for players and families who want to commit to travelling to tournaments and games outside of Lloydminster. The level of commitment is more stringent, and the players are expected to prioritize their Meridian commitments over other sporting activities.

If your player is interested in travelling, they will be required to register for evaluations through RAMP along with their base registration.
Meridian Travel players go through an evaluation process prior to team placement. Evaluations are tentatively scheduled for the weekend of March 16, 2024.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Registration closes March 11th.
• A base registration fee is payable for all ages.
• Travel players will have an evaluation fee and additional team fees.  
• ALL outstanding fees from previous seasons must be paid prior to participating in the 2024 Outdoor season. Your RAMP account may be locked if you have outstanding fees. If your RAMP account is locked, please contact registrar@meridiansoccer.ca to make the appropriate arrangements.
• Registration payments in RAMP are only by credit card or e-transfer within 24 hours of registration.  If you need to make payment arrangements outside of the 24-hour period, contact our treasurer at treasurer@meridiansoccer.ca.
• Financial assistance may be available. More information on applying for various programs can be found here. 
• Season Starts: May 6 - June 21, 2024

All schedules are tentative until confirmed with the team lists. 

The location will be confirmed once we have field confirmation from the City of Lloydminster.

Attention Families Applying for Financial Assistance: Please apply for your funding early. The registration period for accounts that will be making payments by funding grants (i.e. KidSport or Jumpstart) will be March 1st to 7th.

Please send confirmation of the grant application to treasurer@meridiansoccer.ca with the subject "Funding Application" at the time of registration. If funding does not fully cover player fees, fees must be paid in full prior to player participation.

Refund Policy

Should things change after you have registered, our refund policy will be in effect as follows:

• During the online registration period (February 11 - March 11): A 25% nonrefundable administration fee will be assessed on all registrations, regardless of the cancellation
• After registration closes (March 11): No refund will be issued as funds are then committed to field bookings, SSA, and uniforms.
